Order processing
Orders are normally prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Delivery time
Most orders are expected to arrive within 15 calendar days after the order is placed, including processing time. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs, or an incomplete delivery address.
Shipping area and cost
We provide free shipping to the countries and regions available in checkout. The checkout country defaults from the visitor’s location when available, and customers can always select a different supported destination.
Tracking and delayed orders
Tracking information will be sent when it is available. If an order has not arrived within 15 days, contact [email protected] with your order number so we can investigate.
